Return and refund policy

Return Policy

At Nayaab collection, we maintain strict quality checks before dispatch. However, returns are accepted only under the following condition:

✅ Eligible for Return:

  • Product received is damaged or defective.

  • Customer must record a clear unboxing video starting from opening the sealed package.

  • The damage must be clearly visible in the video.

❌ Return Not Accepted If:

  • No unboxing video is provided.

  • Return request is made after 48 hours of delivery.

  • Product is used, washed, or without original packaging.

  • Slight color variation due to lighting/screen resolution.


Return Process

  1. Share the unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Send details to Whatsapp 8769825523

  3. Our team will verify and approve the return.

  4. If approved, replacement/refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.


Important Note

Unboxing video is mandatory for any damage claim.
Without proper video proof, we will not be able to process return or refund.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
